Simple, transparent pricing
Hosts pay a flat 8% platform fee on what they earn.
Guests pay a 12% service fee on top of the nightly rate.
Guest pays: $300 nightly + $36 service fee = $336 total
Host receives: $300 − 8% ($24) = $276
Payments, protected
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your money is held in escrow until each night of the stay is fulfilled — hosts are paid automatically as it happens, and unfulfilled nights are refunded from escrow under our cancellation policy.
